Getting Started

Let's configure Realty Hook in less than 15 minutes!

What can be synced to your Google Account?​

  • Sisu Transaction Dates to Calendar
  • Sisu Transaction Dates to Task Lists
  • Sisu Tasks to Task Lists
  • Sierra Tasks to Calendar **(formatted like below)
  • Sierra Tasks to Task Lists

Step 1: Create your Team​

  • Set your team name
  • Add team members to Realty Hook

Step 2: Set up Integrations​

  • Configure integrations for at least one real estate service (Sierra Interactive or Sisu)
  • Configure Google integrations for calendar and task sync

Step 3: Set up Connections​

  • For each real estate service integration, configure its connection to Google

Step 4: Enter your tasks and events​

  • For tasks, just enter your tasks normally in Sisu and Sierra Interactive and save.
  • For Sierra Interactive tasks that you want saved as calendar events, add them in the following format:
    • Title
    • Duration
    • Description

Step 5: Realty Hook will automatically sync​

  • Changes to Sisu Transactions and Tasks will automatically be detected and synced instantly through Sisu's Webhooks capabilities.
  • Changes to Google Events will automatically be detected and synced instantly through Google's Webhooks capabilities
  • Changes to Sierra Events and Tasks will be detected throw Realty Hooks syncing service, which runs every 4 minutes. New and updated info will be transferred during each cycle.
