Sisu

Realty Hook supports importing 1) Sisu Tasks into Google Task Lists and 2) Sisu Transaction Dates into Google Calendars and Task Lists. Configure how your Sisu integration connects with Google in this section. The following settings are only enabled with Sisu Integration has been enabled and configured.

Sisu Tasks in Google Tasks​

Flip the 'Create Sisu Tasks in Google' switch to enable a Sisu connection to Google.

The following options can be configured to customize what Sisu data is added to each Google task.

  • Include Integration Name in Title
    • [Sisu] in the below example
  • Include Contact Name In Title
    • Penny Jones in the below example
  • Include Contact Info in Description
    • Address: 123 Test .... in the below example

  • Task List Name: If Realty Hook has not created a task list yet for Sisu, a new TaskList with this name will be created

Sisu Transaction Dates in Google Calendar​

Flip the 'Create Sisu Transaction Dates in Google Calendar' switch to enable importing Sisu Transaction Dates into Google Calendar. (A separate section exists for importing into Google Task Lists.)

The following options can be configured to customize what Sisu data is added to each Google task.

  • Include Contact Name In Title
  • Include Contact Info in Description

Send events to specific users​

Team Admins can set up which transaction dates go to which set of users.

Date Type

First select a date type. This is a list of all available dates from Sisu transactions.

User that will Receive the Event

This is a list of:

  • All Realty Hook Users: If the team member has authenticated in Google and enabled pushing to their Google calendar, they will receive the event on their designated calendar (from the Integration > Google section). Note: This RH user does not actually have to be mapped to a Sisu user. As long as they have an authenticated Realty Hook account, they can still receive events.
  • Transaction Coordinator
  • Transaction Agent
  • Team Calendar (if one is designated in the Integration > Google admin area).

Multiple team members can listen to the same event.

All Day or Specific Time for Event

Events can be marked as an all day event or at a specific time on the calendar. Note: The Team setting for Timezone will be used when setting up a specific event time.

Sisu Transaction Dates in Google Tasks​

Sisu Transaction Dates can be pulled in as tasks into Google Task Lists. Setting this up is the same as for "Sisu Transaction Dates in Google Calendars", minus the following options:

  • Team Calendar is removed from the list of users to receive the task

  • The option for 'All Day' or a specific time for the task is removed, as the Google Task API does not support this.
