Configure how your Sierra Interactive integration connects with Google Calendar and Task Lists.

The following settings are only enabled with Sierra Interactive Integration has been enabled and configured.

Sierra Interactive Events in Google​

Flip the 'Create Sierra Events in Google' switch to enable a Sierra connection to Google.

Sierra Task Connection

The following options can be configured to customize what Sierra data is added to each Google task.

  • Include Contact Name In Title
    • Melinda Jones in the below example
  • Include Contact Info in Description
    • Phone: (111) 222-3333 .... in the below example

Sierra Interactive Tasks in Google​

Flip the 'Create Sierra Tasks in Google' switch to enable a Sierra connection to Google.

Sierra Task Connection

The following options can be configured to customize what Sierra data is added to each Google task.

  • Include Integration Name in Title
    • [Sierra] in the below example
  • Include Contact Name In Title
    • Penny Jones in the below example
  • Include Contact Info in Description
    • Address: 123 Test .... in the below example

Sierra Task Options

Other Options:

  • Task List Name: If Realty Hook has not created a task list yet for Sierra, a new TaskList with this name will be created
  • Time for Updated Tasks: If the due date changes in the Google task, Realty Hook needs this setting to add a time of day when syncing back to Sierra (due to the limitations of Google Task API)
